Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB) is one of the largest banks in Mauritius, serving over 1 million customers with around $12 billion in total assets under management. And to support the demands of their growing customer base, they choose to work with my team at Backbase to kick start their digital banking transformation.
As the lead UX consultant on the project, I helped facilitate workshops to understand the requirements of the bank and their customers. From the workshops, I delivered a value proposition canvas, created personas and customer journeys. Then working locally with their design team, I helped coach the designers who would take over the project beyond MVP.
